Customer Satisfaction Management [Available to Promise ( ATP ) Check]

You can use the Available to Promise (ATP) functionality to view real-time available quantities for a line item. Clicking the yellow icon next to Sales Quantity displays the Product Analysis screen. On-Hand Quantities are listed as the sum of Reserved Quantities reserved across all Sales Orders and each Open Sales Order for the line item.

The system also calculates available for sale quantities by subtracting reserved quantities from on-hand quantities. All open sales orders for the item are listed, and the total of the sales order is displayed.

If an item's Sales Unit is different from its Parent Unit, the system converts "Sales Unit Reservation Qty" to "Main Unit Reservation Qty" and "Sales Order Qty" to "Main Unit Sales Order Qty" for the "Reserved Qty" and "Open Sales Order Qty" calculations required for ATP analysis.
