In the "Stock Unit" field, the "Main Unit Transaction Quantity" converted from the Main Unit and "Operating Unit Transaction Quantity" is displayed.
Secondary Stock Unit
If you have defined more than one unit in the product master unit, the "Secondary Stock Unit" field is displayed. This field displays the secondary stock unit and the message "Secondary Stock UnitTransaction Quantity" converted from "Main UnitTransaction Quantity".
Stock Unit Cost
Especially for imported products, the stock cost will differ from the material cost due to additional costs.
The purchase price may be considered as Material Cost plus any additional charges such as Customs Fees, shipping charges etc. which may be collected as Additional Cost .
Additional cost is added to the material cost resulting in Stock Cost .
In Minerva, you can keep these cost records separate.
Note: For the following costs; when a cost value is not entered (i.e. if the cost value is equal to zero), the system accepts the last known cost value as the cost value.
Material Cost
You can write down the material cost.
Additional Cost
You can write off the additional cost.
Stock Cost
" is the sum of Material Cost" and " Additional Cost".
Total Amount
Total cost is the product of "Main Unit Operating Quantity" and "Inventory Cost".
