To edit any record in a created issue document, you must first press the "Make Unsaved" button. You can then make changes and when you are finished with the records, you must press the "Create Journal" button again to lock the document for further processing.
Stock Issue for Inventory Counting Adjustment - Delete
To delete the entire document, you must first press the "Make Unsaved" button and then you can use the "Delete" button.
