Purchase Quotation Request Profit and Loss Centers
Under the "Profit and Loss Centers" tab of the "Accounting" tab, you can select a predefined Profit and Loss Center from the Profit and Loss Centers window and link it with the document.
If you want to distribute the profit and loss, you can add more than one Profit and Loss Centers. To do this, after selecting the first one, you should write "% Rate" and save it. The system will show another line to add more "Profit and Loss Center" and show the remaining % rate to complete 100%.
To delete nonprofit center records, you must check the "Delete" checkbox and click the "Delete" button.
For example; you created a distribution key and assigned three different profit and loss centers with rates of 50%, 40%, and 10%, respectively, to indicate that the profit and loss will be distributed among these centers according to these rates.
This predefined structure is called distribution keys.
If you want to use a distribution key, you can select it from the "Profit and Loss Center Distribution Keys" window. After sending the document, you must click the "Allocate" button.
Update Items
By pressing the "Update Items" button, you can assign the selected profit and loss centers at the item level.
