Passport Information

Under the "Personal" tab -> "Passport" tab, you can save the passport information of the personnel for the following passport types.

• Ordinary Passport [Burgundy]
• Special Passport [Green]
• Service Passport [Grey]
• Diplomatic Passport [Black]
• Temporary Passport [Red]
• Passport Card / Document

In passport records, you can record the following information.

• Passport Number: You must write the passport number.
• Issuing Country: You must select the issuing country from the drop-down box.
• Issuing Authority
• Nationality: You must select the nationality from the drop-down box.
• Edited Date: You must select the date from the calendar.
• Validity Date: You must select the date from the calendar.
• Status: You must select one of the following statuses from the drop-down box.
1. LA - Valid
2. XA - Expired - Invalid
3. YC - Cancel
