After pressing the "New" button, you can create personnel types to be used for classification purposes.
Determination of the Supertype
When creating a new employee type, if you want this type to be hierarchically linked to an existing type in the system, you can select the existing type from the "Parent Type" drop-down box.
Note: You do not have to select this parent type when you create the new type. You can select a parent type for a type at any time.
