You can take detailed notes in the text area under the Sales Opportunity "Notes" tab.

Adding a Picture

To add a picture, you need to press the "Add Picture" icon.

You can add images in two ways:

1. Entering the URL of the image
2. Selection of System Documents

Entering the URL of the image

If you want to insert an image directly from the internet, you need to enter the image's URL (commonly called the web address).

Selection of System Documents

First of all, you must install the official system documentation.

You can upload files by clicking Documents .

You can then add the image using the Document ID.

When you click the "Insert Image" icon, a system message will instruct you how to enter the Document ID.
