Once you create a Document , the system will generate a Document ID.

Then using this Document ID, you can insert the image.

When you click the "Insert Image" icon, a system message will instruct you how to enter the Document ID.

Mime Type

MIME stands for Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions. MIME types provide a standard way to classify file types on the Internet. Internet programs, such as web servers and browsers, have a list of MIME types so that they can transfer files of the same type in the same way, no matter what type of operating system they are running on.

You must select a "Mime Type" for all document types except "UPL - Uploaded Document".

Document Title

You must type a title in the "Document Title" field.

Folder Code - Name

You must select a folder from among the Document Folders .

These "Document Folders" are listed on the left side of the screen.

You can view its content by clicking on it.

You can manage these folders by pressing the "Folder Operations" button.

Document Classification Information

You can fill in the following information:

  • Category: You can select a category from among the Document Categories .
  • Version
  • Language: You can choose a language from the languages .
  • Reference Key
  • Duration: You can type "Duration" in seconds.

    Note: You can select "All" for all three of the fields above.

    Document Authorizations

    You can specify the permissions granted to the selected user for the document by selecting the checkboxes of the following options.

    • See Document Content
    • Edit Document
    • Save Document Information
    • Delete Document
    • Full Authority Over Document Owner

    Copying a Document to the Upper System Schema ( M00 )

    Under the "Copy" tab, you can specify the Document ID and then press the "Save" button to copy the document from your system schema (M01) to the parent system schema (M00), so that the document will be available centrally.
