After you have completed both the header and lines of a purchase order, you must click the "Place Order" button.
When you click the " Create Shipment" button, the " New Incoming Delivery" screen will open and all the information required to create the incoming delivery will be sent to the incoming delivery document. As soon as you save the screen, you will see that the purchase order lines have been transferred to the document. If necessary, you can edit the quantities, prices and logistics information. Then you can click the " Ship" button.
Creating Purchase Invoices from Purchase Orders
