When a purchase order is created from a purchase quotation, it closes the quotation document completely or partially; if all the items of a quotation are transferred to an order, then it is said to be completely closed, and if some of the items of a " are transferred to an order, then the quotation is partially closed. Purchase quotations from which purchase orders are created are shown in this section. You can see the quotation document by clicking on the line.

The follow-up transaction to a purchase order can be a sales and/or invoice. When a shipment or invoice is created from a purchase order, the document is listed under this section. By clicking on the row, you can see the document that closes the purchase order.
