Automatic Transfer of Service Lifecycle Records for Officers

In Türkiye, service records of civil servants are kept centrally by the state in the HITAP (Service Tracking Program) system.

To automatically transfer civil servants’ service lifecycle records from HITAP to Minerva, you can click the " Transfer from HITAP" button.

Note: This button is only available on the main card of personnel who have selected " Social Security Type -> 4C Civil Servant".
