Message Templates

You can create message (communication) templates for business objects.

For example; You want to send a confirmation email to your customer when you receive the order.

To do this, you can create a message template for the "CMU - Message Sending" business object and design a message to be sent.

After selecting the Business Object , you can select a Business Object Type . Note: It is also possible to select "Business Object Type" -> "All".

You can then create a topic template under the "Topic Template" tab and create a message template under the "Message Template" tab.

Program codes for topic and message can be written under the " Topic Programming" and " Message Programming" tabs, respectively.
