Once you create a Document , the system will generate a Document ID.
Then using this Document ID, you can insert the image.
When you click the "Insert Image" icon, a system message will instruct you how to enter the Document ID.
Mime Type
MIME stands for Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions. MIME types provide a standard way to classify file types on the Internet. Internet programs, such as web servers and browsers, have a list of MIME types so that they can transfer files of the same type in the same way, no matter what type of operating system they are running on.
You must select a "Mime Type" for all document types except "UPL - Uploaded Document".
Document Title
You must type a title in the "Document Title" field.
Users: You need to select a user role among the users .
Note: You can select "All" for all three of the fields above.
Document Authorizations
You can specify the permissions granted to the selected user for the document by selecting the checkboxes of the following options.

Copying a Document to the Upper System Schema ( M00 )
Under the "Copy" tab, you can specify the Document ID and then press the "Save" button to copy the document from your system schema (M01) to the parent system schema (M00), so that the document will be available centrally.
