Determination of Profit and Loss Centers in Sent Delivery
Under the "Profit and Loss Centers" tab of the "Accounting" tab, you can select a predefined Profit and Loss Center from the Profit and Loss Centers window and link it with the document by sending and saving.
If you want to distribute the Profit - Loss, you can add more than one Profit - Loss center. To do this, after selecting the first one, you should write "% Rate" and save it. The system will show another line to add more "Profit - Loss Center" and show the remaining % rate to complete 100%.
To delete Profit and Loss Center records, you must check the "Delete" checkbox and click the "Delete" button.
Determining Profit and Loss Centers Using Distribution Keys
For example, you created a distribution key; you assigned three different cost-profit centers with rates of 50%, 40%, and 10%, respectively, to specify that profit and loss will be distributed among these centers according to these rates.
This predefined structure is called Distribution Keys.
If you want to use a distribution key to determine the P&L centers for an incoming delivery, you can select it in the " P&L Center Distributions" window. After sending the document, you must click the " Distribute" button.
Determining Profit and Loss Centers for Incoming Delivery Lines
By clicking the "Update Items" button, you can assign the selected profit and loss centers at the line item level.
