Corporate Modeling

Minerva is designed not only for the operations of individual companies but also for the operations of groups of companies. A group of companies is a collection of parent and subsidiary companies that function as a single economic entity through a common control center. While legally independent, these companies are under the joint management of the controlling company.

In Minerva, the controlling parent company is called a "System Client," legally independent companies are called "Companies," and businesses affiliated with the company, such as stores, branches, and technical service centers, are called "Business Premises." This structure provides centralized control over system clients while allowing companies to maintain their own legal records.

Central System

In Minerva, the system client is at the highest level in the system hierarchy. A system client can have multiple companies. Definitions made at the system client level apply to all companies. You only need to make these definitions once in the central system. If you have companies affiliated with your company group, you can select and make the necessary definitions for each company from the central system.

The Advantage of Using a Centralized System in Human Resources

To effectively manage human resources operations, numerous definitions are necessary, both in terms of company policies and legal regulations; for example, job descriptions and labor law definitions.

Since these definitions do not differ from company to company, you can define them only once at the group of companies (central level) and then use them in all companies.

Thanks to the centralized system, you can easily create these definitions, and you can also centrally manage employee master cards and employee candidate master cards. This reduces the time spent creating cards and ensures consistency in master records.
