After creating a new scoring set by pressing the "New" button, under the "Scoring Options" tab, you can create "Scoring Set Options", where you can determine the points you will give based on the answers you will get to the questions you will ask or according to different criteria you specify.
Here you need to specify a "Rating Score" for each option you create.
